Woohoo! Happy February, y'all! This is definitely one of my favorite months. I think that you should always show unconditional love to those that you hold close to your heart. However, I ALSO think it's great that there is a day (for me, it's a whole month) dedicated to celebrating looovvvve! As always, you can expect that all of the recipes and creations I come up with for the next few weeks will be super festive - lots of red + pink, hearts, bow and arrows, flowers, and sweet treats. For breakfast today I celebrated with a delicious, rosy pink smoothie bowl!
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 cups of frozen strawberries
- 2/3 cup of Chobani raspberry Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup of coconut water
- 1 teaspoon of organic vanilla powder
- Coconut chips
For the smoothie, simply mix all of the ingredient together in a high-speed food processor (or blender if preferred). Scoop out the smoothie into a bowl and top it with your strawberries, pomegranate, and coconut chips.
