Tropical Fiesta Smoothie Bowl

I'm back again with yet another smoothie bowl recipe! I call this creation the 'tropical fiesta smoothie bowl' because for some reason, the shape and appearance of shredded coconut always reminds me of confetti and pinatas hahaha. And then of course this wouldn't be just a regular fiesta - but a tropical one instead - because of allll of the bright, tropical fruits! I got this awesome pineapple-shaped cutting board as a Christmas gift last year. I had my eye on it at Steinmart forever and lucky me - it ended up under the Christmas tree!

Ingredients:

- 2 bananas
- 2 cups of frozen blueberries
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon of ground ginger

Toppings:

- Blueberries
- Kiwis
- Blood oranges
- Mangoes
- Pineapples
- Almonds
- Shredded coconut
- Hemp seed hearts

Directions:

Begin by blending your smoothie ingredients in a blender until smooth. Once done, pour the smoothie into a bowl and add the toppings! I used blueberries, kiwis, blood oranges, pineapples, mangoes, almonds, shredded coconut, and hemp seed hearts.

Enjoy! :)
